Identilab was recommended the services of Impact Fitouts by a commercial real estate agent who had worked with them previously. We needed to build a custom DNA testing laboratory, and the agent assured me that Johnny and Ilias were the right people for the job. My primary concerns were budget and timeframes. We engaged Impact Fitouts to make alterations to offices in a building that we own in West End, after seeking quotes from three fitout companies. We had a specification for the works, but John made some helpful suggestions for changes that improved the fitout significantly at very little additional cost.
The work involved demolishing some walls, building some new internal offices, altering the bathrooms, tiling, carpets, signage and fixing up various issues in the building. John and Ilias and their team performed the work on time and to a very high standard.
When we changed our mind on some items, and we needed some variations, John and Ilias were very reasonable and we felt we were treated fairly. In the end, we are really pleased with the end result.

John and the crew from Impact Fitouts were excellent throughout our refurbishment. They came out twice while we were considering how best to maximise our office space to fit in a new large office, sharing ideas, etc. In the end, we shifted the storeroom to an unused space in the copier room and merged the existing storage and small office into a new large office. Excellent attention to detail and their workers kept us up to speed on what was happening and when. We were able to stay in the office throughout and they kept everything clean. They were happy to try to fit noisy work around our commitments. They redid the finish on the floor of the renovated bathroom because they weren’t quite happy with it (look fine to me!). Would happily recommend John and the team for your office renovations.
