Being creative themselves Reload let Impact get a little creative with a number of ideas with their Office Fitout. Impact was not only able to save Reload Media weeks off their project timeline but also saved them over $10k with some innovative ideas.
Reload Media not only chose to engage Impact Fitouts to complete their Fitout including the demolition of gyprock and glass walls in their newly leased space but they also engaged Impact to complete their Defit and Make good at the end of lease tenancy.
Completing a defit in the new tenancy with numerous existing walls could have been quite a lengthy and costly exercise especially with full height glass walls that needed to be walked down 5 flights of stairs and then paying for dumping fees on top. There were talks in the design stage of a boardroom which had been earmarked to have a huge whiteboard for creative development.
Impact proposed a plan to Recycle the glass and create a full wall Glass White board killing two birds with one stone and saving Reload Media an absolute bucketload of money meanwhile creating an IMPACT surpassing expectations.

The Glossed Salon was truly a favourite of ours with the inclusion of curved ceilings and stone wash feature paint which looks absolutely incredible.
