The IPWEAQ Project is one of Impact's most memorable fitouts, working with Leigh and Craig to achieve a flawless finish for the new home for their business.
The IPWEAQ Project was a full floor fitout, at almost 1400m2 there was a lot of area to cover. The Fitout was made up of Offices, Meeting rooms, Phone booths, Boardrooms, Reception & waiting areas, Printer Stations, a Magnificent Kitchen & breakout area, storage rooms and 3 huge conference rooms with 2 operable walls. The operable walls worked as dividers for the conference rooms and once the operable walls were opened the area was enormous & the potential being endless.
We worked with Leigh, Craig & IPWEAQ from very early on, completing due diligence & costings on various tenancies before finding their current home. Impact Fitouts was there from Concept Design to Completion to even hanging artwork on a very successful open day for hundreds of people. Impact also was engaged to complete the Defit and Make good at IPWEAQ’s old tenancy.
It was an absolute pleasure working with IPWEAQ & the team, however a special mention goes to Leigh Cunningham for being so great to work with and earned big points for her flair in design & Furniture selection which made the fitout even more special.

The Glossed Salon
The Glossed Salon was truly a favourite of ours with the inclusion of curved ceilings and stone wash feature paint which looks absolutely incredible.
