After over 28 years in Fitouts , we find clients will normally have these questions…
Each Fitout is quite unique based on the Industry, purpose & No. of employees in the Company.
Below are the factors that will contribute to the final estimate of your Fitout:
- How many walls are there?
- Is there a Kitchen, bathroom or plumbing?
- How many extra new Data & Power Points you need?
- Would you like Glass & maybe film on your glass?
- Is the Ceiling, Flooring & Air-conditioning Compliant?
- Generally we would like to allow approximately 4-6 Weeks for an office fitout.
- Warehouses take a little longer if we are install Mezzanine floors. We like to allow 6-8 Weeks.
- Retail Spaces will usually be similar to an office fitout depending on finishes.
- When can you start?
Good Communication & Documentation is the key here, firstly we need to Draw up some plans.
- Design & Floor Plans are the 1st step to any fitout.
- Plans Sign off for Quotation
- Quotation Acceptance
- Deposit
- Building Approval
- Construction
- Progress Payments
- Handover
- Final Payment
An Independent Certifier is recommended to ensure that you and your Company is covered in the event of Fire or an Emergency happens, you will want to make sure that that your fitout is compliant for all you insurance & liability needs.
- Once you are happy with the plans and our quotation we will send through a deposit Invoice with relevant progress payment depending on the size of your fitout. These details will be further clarified and written into our quotation.
- Construction & Material orders will placed once we have received Deposit.
