Ilias and John are both founders and directors of Impact Fitouts, they both hold much responsibility on their shoulders for the wellbeing of all Impact’s clients and their dynamite construction team. They understand that it’s not just winning jobs and completing fitouts that counts, it is the relationships within their company and their clients that means the most. John is continuously working on the business making sure that quality is at its highest level and that there is harmony and evolution throughout the company giving more and more value every day to new and existing clients. Each fitout is an important one, John, Ilias and Simon are always discussing and working out the best way to bring better quality and service to their clients.
Ilias as well as being the Founder and Director, Ilias is the Lead Fitout Manager. Ilias is dedicated to Creating Scopes, working with budgets and helping each and every client reach their ultimate Goal. Ilias and John are Leaders in their field and are passionate about providing the best possible product and service they can. Ilias and John know how to create a win win situation for their clients and the landlords doing what is necessary to handover the highest quality fitout while working within budgets. It’s like Ilias is able to bend the laws of physics to help our clients get what they want.
John and Ilias are forever grateful for such an amazing team, as any fitout company is only as strong as its team. We thank the Impact Fitouts’ team from the bottom of our hearts.
Simon
Head Project Manager
Simon is our cool calm and collected Head Project Manager and is our unsung hero… Simon is as cool as a cucumber under pressure and always has everyone on his side as he is a pure gentleman with a heart of GOLD. Simon has a knack for finding the simplest way to get the job done whilst finding the most economic materials avoiding complications and keeping costs down for our clients. Simon is a Master Tradesman and is as solid as a rock when it comes to reliability on site, leading by example and guiding the trades rain, hail or shine. Simon as a person is of the Highest Quality and this quality commands respect from the trades he manages, not by force but just because he is who he is. Simon is as much Impact Fitouts as anyone could ever be, he is invaluable to the Impact Fitouts team. We congratulate you Simon on your role in making Impact Fitouts the solid, respectable and quality construction company it is today.
Eirini
Head of Account & Office Manager
Eirini is our head of Accounts and is the backbone of Impact, taking charge as the office manager. Eirini is always happy and brings huge smiles and laughs to the office and the team. The Impact office is truly a brighter place when Eirini is around and is always thinking about others making sure that all our tradesmen and contractors are paid on-time every time without fail. Maria
Customer Relationship Manager
It’s so nice to have Maria on our team, she is a barrel of laughs and is the perfect person to be our caring customer relationship manager. Maria attends to all of existing client’s needs, whether it be new additions to their office, information on products or maintenance and repairs. Maria is dedicated to serving our existing clients as the service that Impacts Fitouts provides extend past handover date. Thank you Maria for your special care that you show our clients. Mikayla
Head of Social Media Marketing
Mikayla is our head of social media marketing, with potential busting out of her boots she has been dazzling our fans with her fun and fresh posts. With youth on her side we can see Mikayla taking Impact’s brand to new heights by connecting Impact with businesses that need our help. Mikayla we love your enthusiasm and approach in the Marketing world and we can’t wait to see what ideas you come up with next.

Senior Estimator & Project Manager
Andrew is our senior estimator / project manager. Andrew’s knowledge of plans and scheduling helps to provide cohesion throughout the large and complicated projects. Andrew and the Impact team have a long history together and have an exciting road ahead with lots of potential for growth. Andrew, we are excited to have your strengths as a part of our team.
Marty
Senior Commercial Carpenter
Marty is our senior tradesman and has been with us for many, many years. His knowledge in building is remarkable. Marty is always thinking about the next trades and making sure that his workmanship enhances theirs. Marty’s finishes are of the highest quality. His reliability as a high quality tradesman is not only respected and appreciated but is revered. It is a true pleasure and blessing to have such a accomplished tradesman and friend in our team. Locky
Resident Commercial Plasterer
Lacklan has complimented our team from when he was just a young whipper snapper to the current day young man plastering and framing his way to greatness. Locky is more than just a plaster, framer and all round tradie to Impact. He is a part of our family, like a brother and a son in one. It has been a pleasure watching Locky mature showing the potential of being one of the truly great tradesmen. Locky has learnt from one of the greats in Marty so we know Locky is and will be a large part of Impact Fitouts and we encourage him in all aspects of life. Locky is a gentle giant and any company would be honoured to have him part of their team as Impact Fitouts certainly does. Locky, please continue to be the rock solid plaster and framer. Jacky
Resident Commercial Plasterer
Jacky is a valuable addition to our plastering team, with passion and hard work it is not hard to spot Jacky’s fine workmanship. Jacky is courteous and will complete the job at hand if we are in a pinch no matter how long it takes. Jacky is optimistic and has an “I can do that” attitude that will complement any team. Jacky also is knowledgeable in many areas of construction and is a true asset to our company. It is please to have you on our side Jacky and we look forward to many quality fitouts for our clients.
Adam
Resident Commercial Carpenter
Adam is one of our capable all rounders, you know that guy in the team that can play any position. His carpentry skills are solid and he is fit and ready for any action no matter what you throw at him. I feel safe and confident having Adam on our team, being reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Micky
Tradesmans Assistant
Micky is our youngest construction team member with lots of ambition and a great willingness to learn. Even though he is young he is always on-time, polite and ready for the task at hand. Micky is showing great potential and has a great head on his shoulders. Micky has maturity beyond his years and we enjoy sharing knowledge with such a young mind that is open to learning and evolving. Micky, thank you for making your way to Impact Fitouts. Zigi
Resident Commercial Painter
Dimitri is our resident painter. He loves painting walls and ceilings and is one of the most naturally gifted painters I have seen. Zigi is always willing to help out when needed and is always a favourite with our clients as he is so easy going and helpful. On Zigi’s good days he may even match it with Michael Angelo. We just haven’t given him that chance yet. Zigi it is a truly is a pleasure seeing you paint your way into the hearts of our clients and our company. Thank you for being part of our Impact family.
